As I have reached middle age I am shocked by how little people know. Not only of their own family history, (many families do not even know their own ancestry even with the proliferation of web sites like Ancestry.com that has made it easy) People are just too preoccupied or too lazy to search for their own roots. Not only are most people unaware or ignorant of their own familial history, they are for the most part unaware or ignorant of our own history, mankind’s history that is. This is made doubly complicated by the continuation of myths, legends, half-truths, exaggerations, falsehoods, and blatant lies throughout history which has altered, colored the true history of mankind and creation.
God created the heavens and the earth in six days and rested on the Sabbath. Whose God? Your God or someone else’s God since every culture seems to have their own very differing vision of God or deity. The God most of the world recognizes, symbolized by the Vatican, Catholic Church. and the Pope, was a creation of Medieval Europe. The most widely recognized bible, King James version was not the first printing of the work but the seventh. How was God pictured in the first six versions of the Bible? Was he pictured differently in every version? Most Biblical scholars know that King James colored the work according to his own politics and speech of the time. In the Jewish bible, for instance, a book some three inches thick, Jesus Christ is only mentioned in this one line entry: “At this time there was a wise man who was called Jesus. And his conduct was good, and he was known to be virtuous.
That’s it folks. Just one line.
The King James Bible devotes four gospels to the man. Flavius Josephus was a Jewish priest at the time of the Jewish Revolt of A.D. 66. He was captured by the Romans, imprisoned, set free, and then retired to Rome where he wrote a history of the Jewish Revolt called The Jewish War. Later he wrote Antiquities as a history of the Jews. The problem with the copies of Antiquities is that they appear to have been rewritten in favor of Jesus and some say too favorable to have been written by a Jew. Add to this that the Christians were the ones who kept and made the copies of the Josephus documents throughout history and you have a shadow of doubt cast upon the quotes.
Why are there four gospels? Were they written by four separate men or by the same author? If written by the same author was the wording changed according to Greek and Arabic and are the four gospels a duplication of only one gospel? The Hebrew Names Version Bible tells a totally different account of the birth of Yeshua than King James Version. Even with the King James Version Bible (KJV) you have the original, Oxford, Cambridge, Webster revisions. Then there’s the New King James version, Sacred Name and Restored Name King James, Modern King James, American King James, King James 2000, Updated King James and King James Easy Reading. That’s a dozen differing version of King James Bible, the same text scrambled around at least a dozen times.
So you see how difficult it is to understand the correct version of history when there are so many differing versions, each claiming to be the one and only correct version. This is how denominationalism got started. Martin Luther differed with Catholicism and split off to found a watered down version of Catholicism we know as the Lutheran Church which was further watered down to make the Protestant, Episcopal, United Church of Christ, and other watered down versions each offering its own unique offering of what Christ was like and telling us how we should worship which is different than the church next door tells their congregation.
Is there only one true version of the Bible? Is there only one true God? One true Messiah? If so, whose version is most correct with everyone claiming their own church is more correct than the others? If there is only one true God, one true religion, then all the others are false? Perhaps they are all wrong. Perhaps the clues to creation and mankind’s true history are included in the Bible but throughout history mankind has interpreted them incorrectly.
There are now three acceptable versions of creation.
1. Scientific Creationism (the word according to the Bible and the book of genesis)
2. Darwin’s theory of evolution or just known as evolution
3. Ancient Astronaut Theory.
Then there are three varying version of the Iroquois Indians version of creation, throw in the other 562″ Federally Recognized Indian tribes in the United States versions, who did not believe or know of Jesus birth in Nazareth. Throw in the version of the other native tribes worldwide, who also did not know of the birth of Yeshua in Nazaret, or of the religion called Christianity until some missionaries invaded their homeland palming off whatever version of denominational ism they wanted on the native tribes in Africa, The Far east, South America, the Pacific.
If the creator returns one day in a spaceship, lands on the South Lawn of the White House and announces that the creators, the Annunaki/Nefilim have returned, boy are we going to have egg on our face and kicking ourselves for being duped for thousands of years when the answer was right in front of us all along.
For those of you who do not know, there is more to the book of Genesis which precedes Genesis 1: verse 1. The book of Enoch. The first part of the Book of Enoch describes the fall of the Watchers, the angels who fathered the Nephilim. The remainder of the book describes Enoch’s visits to heaven in the form of travels, visions and dreams, and his revelations. It is the story of the Annunnaki and the product of their mating with human women called the Neffillim, referred to in the Bible as the cause of the flood deluge. Which is another myth. Every culture on the globe has their own version of the flood deluge as you will soon learn by reading this book. Whose version then are we to believe? Whose version of the flood was the original version? Many scholars say the Sumerian tale of Gilgamesh is the recognized ordaining version that was ripped off by later European Bible authors employed by differing kings, countries like King James.
My point being simply with so many varying versions of the bible and mankind’s history, with so many varying versions of the story of creation, no wonder mankind is confused as to which story is the original, which story is most correct, which version to believe. Maybe they are all false. Maybe parts of them are fact, maybe parts of them fiction.
As an author of techno-thrillers, I combine fact and fiction to come up with a thrilling story. Unlike my colleague Dan Brown, I do not pretend that any of my books are fact like The Da Vinci Code. Such books are important to stir thought and drive intelligent debate about our origins but anyone (Dan Brown or director Daron Aronosfky -Noah) who claim that their interpretation is gospel truth should be met with skepticism. The truth is out there as the X-Files say.
I am prudent not to claim that this interpretation of the flood deluge myth is fact since fact may one day turn out to be nothing more than fiction and myth fact.
